Adrian Lo currently is the audit partner and the director of ALLNISON Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. Adrian is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including Controller, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax and long-range planning. Additionally, Adrian leads the organization that analyzes the marketplace and shapes the company’s strategies accordingly to capture profitable growth. In this capacity, Adrian also guides Allnison’s corporate development function, with responsibility for mergers and acquisition activities.
He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Cambodia and United States of America. Adrian obtained his degree from University of Massachusetts at United States, in Accounting and Economics.
